Refund & Dispute Resolution Policy

1. Overview

Moneywise is committed to providing high-quality educational programmes, courses, coaching sessions, and community experiences. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled to ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency for all users.

By purchasing any Moneywise product or service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of digital content are final once access has been granted. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Online courses
  • Masterclasses (live or recorded)
  • Digital toolkits, templates, or downloads
  • Access to replays or learning portals

Refunds are not provided once:

  • Access credentials have been issued, or
  • Digital materials have been downloaded or viewed

This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our educational content.

3. Live Events, Sessions & Masterclasses

For live sessions, workshops, or events:

  • If a participant is unable to attend, access to a replay (where available) will be provided at our discretion.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed once a live session has been booked or confirmed.
  • In exceptional circumstances, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Moneywise reserves the right to reschedule sessions where necessary. If a session is cancelled by Moneywise and not rescheduled, affected participants will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or
  • An alternative session or credit

4. Coaching, Mentorship & Advisory Sessions

For one-on-one or group coaching sessions:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to be eligible for rescheduling.
  • Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not provided once a session has been delivered.

5. Subscription Services (e.g. Communities or Memberships)

For subscription-based services:

  • Payments are billed on a recurring basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • Once a billing cycle has started, fees paid for that period are non-refundable.

Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error or you have concerns about a transaction, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.

Raising a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could result in restricted access to our services while the issue is reviewed.

7. Dispute Resolution Process

We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a concern:

  1. Contact us at support@moneywisecircle.com with your order details and a clear description of the issue.
  2. Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.
  3. Where appropriate, we may offer clarification, resolution, rescheduling, or other reasonable remedies.

All disputes are handled with care, confidentiality, and good faith.

Moneywise reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with the updated revision date.
